Shipping & Delivery

Orders received before 1:00 PM ET Monday through Friday are processed and shipped the same day. Orders placed after 1:00 PM ET Monday through Friday will be processed the following business day. John Hardy does not ship on the weekends or US holidays. Please allow additional processing time during promotional events. Items ordered together may not always ship together. You will receive an email confirmation for each shipment. When placing your order, it will be noted on the checkout page if a signature is required for your order.

U.S. Shipping

Ground:

Complimentary for all orders. Please allow 2 – 7 business days to receive your items. Ground delivery to Hawaii and parts of Alaska may take more than 7 business days. Shipping times are subject to item availability and credit card verification.

Two-Day:

Complimentary on orders over $3,000, you must select Express shipping during checkout to apply. All other orders will be charged a fee of $15. Delivery occurs in 2-3 business days. Shipping times are subject to item availability and credit card verification.

Next Day:

Orders shipped by Next-Day Air will be charged $30. Shipping times are subject to item availability and credit card verification.

Orders placed before 1:00 PM ET Monday through Friday will ship the same day and arrive the next business day.

Orders placed after 1:00 PM ET Monday through Friday will not ship the same day and require an additional day to process your order.

P.O. Boxes

John Hardy does not ship orders to P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO addresses.

International Shipping

We ship to over 200 countries worldwide via Shopify for a seamless cross-border experience.

Complimentary express shipping on all orders. To place an international order online, click the currency icon in the upper left corner of kidlove.shop and select the country of delivery from the list.

Please allow 2 – 3 business days to process and ship your order, pending inventory availability. Delivery estimate is 2 – 8 business days from the ship date, depending on the country of delivery. John Hardy does not ship on the weekends or US holidays. To ensure the secure delivery of your order, we do not ship to PO boxes.

All duties and taxes paid are nonrefundable.

Due to the nature of our designs and orders being fulfilled from multiple locations, please note that some items are on backorder or not guaranteed in stock. If the item you selected is not available at the time of processing, a representative from our Client Care team will contact you.
